• Payment:
Cash, Check or Credit/Debit payments. • Quoting: All quotes will be returned within 24-48 hours by phone, email or fax. Please specify if a RUSH quote is requested. • Proofs & Samples: If you would like to see stock samples, please do not hesitate to come in to look over your options. We are also more than willing to print a sample hard proof off our digital printer to ensure color and layout display properly. If any work needs to be done to your file, per request, we will always provide a digital email proof to approve. No files will go to print until it is approved by the customer. • Supplying Your Own Stock: Please feel free to bring in and supply us with your own stock, therefore you will only be charged for printing and any finishing services. • Turnaround Times: Most digital jobs can be turned around in 2-4 business days after final art approval. Most offset jobs can be turned around in 3-5 business days after final art approval. * Rush Fees: To rush your job through our production, there will be an additional fee. Please ask for details. |
